TERMS OF SALE (INCLUDING REFUND POLICY)

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from me, Ivan Henry ("I", "me", "my").
1. Products Sold
I sell digital products including:
• The Affiliate Starter Toolkit (free lead magnet)
• £27 E-book
• Affiliate Success Blueprint Course
2. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.
3. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically via email or membership access upon successful payment.
4. Refund Policy
• E-Book (£27 Product):
All sales of the £27 e-book are final. Due to the digital nature of the product and instant access upon purchase, I do not offer refunds for the e-book.
• Affiliate Success Blueprint Course:
I offer a 3-day refund window for course purchases. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 3 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds are available.
5. License and Usage
All digital products are for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or modify the products without my written permission.
6. Earnings Disclaimer
I make no income guarantees. Individual results depend on your efforts, market conditions, and external factors.
7. Limitation of Liability
My maximum liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the product.
